The process consists of 4 easy steps.
Step 1. Take a few minutes to apply on the web or by phone with one of our loan officers. For faster service you may apply online.
Step 2. Once the application is received then we will call or email you to confirm receipt. We will send you a Good Faith estimate and identify all the costs and monthly payments. After you have received the estimate and wish to proceed, we will order a title search and other closing documents.
Step 3. Once step 2 is complete, a final review of the file is done. Once approved, you will be contacted to schedule your loan closing with one of our mobile notaries at a time and place of your choosing. We offer a small discount if you wish to close in our office between 9am and 5pm Monday thru Friday.
Step 4. Once your loan is closed, we are required by law to honor a 3 day waiting period prior to funding (only applies to residential loans.) Once that time elapses, we will fund and pay your tax debt to the proper taxing authorities.
